Violent Video Games Stories
Why are video games blamed for violent behavior?
Why is it that when a person has violent tendencies, video games come under fire?
Parents get upset when little Johnny starts misbehaving after playing Grand Theft Auto when no one under 18 is supposed to be even playing such an adult-themed game in the first place.
I remember a story on the news awhile back where some lame-brain kid decided to steal a car because he wanted to see if it’s as easy in real life as it is in Grand Theft Auto.
I fail to understand how parents feel they have the right to complain about violent video games when they’re the ones who allow their child(ren) to play them.
Besides, mankind has been violent long before video games were invented.
Note that I’m not referring to all parents.
Idiots need to blame some entertainment source, instead of getting to the route of the problem, like some type of disturbances. Its like TV shows. Like today, I found a question about someone dissing wonderpets, cause the cute little duck has a speech impediment. They say its teaching kids bad speech. Then, some people think spongebob is innappropriate. Personally, Grand theft Auto is a stupid game that has no point, except for stealing stuff and driving around and killing people. But people who complain about fighting games are too lazy to talk to their kids about the difference between videogames and reality.
