If I make a shirt with a heartagram on it and sell it, I get in legal trouble?

The Heartagram is the symbol of the band HIM, and I learned Ville Valo of the symbol, does that mean I can not sell anything I can do if you have the heartagram on it? I'm not sure how this works … and if anyone can provide a website that contains information about this I would be grateful:) Thanks everyone!

You can, but demand for risk. To Use for commercial sale Heartagram, you have to buy the rights to the rightful owner. Not worth the risk.
