Screen print a shirt, what kind of use?

I want to screen print a shirt at home, but want it to be fitted shirt and very soft, like when you buy a shirt printed on a concert. I do not want to be a gross Hanes, square-style shirt. Any suggestion that he could paint on his shirt but it fits my needs? Any not want it to be very expensive either. Thank you!

Any screen printers seem to use American Apparel shirts. Is finished very good cotton.
