The only negative points of this are:

• The hose is a bit stiff, but this is to ensure no kinks in the unit.
• The post is a bit hesitant, but does not fall if you push on it hard.
• You may have read some comments and is dizzy with contradictions. You may want to consider that a lot of people do not read the instructions!

I feel that some problems initial consumption with Tobi are the same as would have with any steamer. Waiting too long, hoping to replace ironing altogether. You have to give it a try if you have never used a steamer, is different then a plate and take some time to get used.

I tried a t-shirt, results really really good. Turtleneck shirt again impressed. They often avoid ironing these types of clothing, since they seem more trouble than they're worth the penalty, but this makes it relatively quickly and with fairly good results. The steam came up to his promise and went away – in less than 10 minutes he had two shirts presentable baseline, this is not going to replace the iron for certain things. If you want a very crisp pressed finish, then the iron is the way forward. For other things (shirts, pants, etc), then I'll use the Tobi. It worked very well to refresh work pants where only a few wrinkles need to be provided out after wear, much faster and easier than an iron.
