Need to lose inches in my stomach before going to Japan.?
I'm going to Japan in August, and I have to lose a few inches from my belly so that atleast can take my shirt off at the beach and not feel ashamed. Im not asking for advice (though not reject any set …) I just want to know if possible by loose 10 to 20 imches on my waist when I left.
