Learn to make graphics for T-shirts?

I want to learn to make good graphics for shirts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, but can not find good tutorials! Does anyone know some good websites / tutorials?

A good site for a specific t-shirt design tutorial is: http://www.gomediazine.com/category/tutorials/ is one on how to design a t-shirt center stage, but there are plenty of other things that should not get creative. Another good site is pixel2life.com. It is a tutorial database site that searches for other sites for tutorials on almost any computer program creatively. I hope that helped you out.
