IDs for stroke patients?

My boss had a stroke over the weekend and he was found in a inclosed parking lot. The only way someone found him was he was wearing a white shirt. This isn’t his first stroke. This time he still had his wallet, cell, keys, etc. But he works in downtown Dallas Texas. I suggested he would wear something like a dog tag or something on his wrist because next time he might not be as lucky and then the EMT’s won’t know who he is or who to call. I’m just wondering if there is such a thing like a dog tag or ID jewlery that he can wear on his person that will give such information. What is it called? Can he get it from a Doctor or a hospital? He says that he won’t wear gold so if it comes in silver that would be a plus.
