Can anyone help me with a relationship problem?

my dad is a pastor. he has two churches. this summer both churches are going to blue bayou waterpark in baton rouge, LA. At one of the churches i like this boy. I am scared to get in a bathing suit and i am 13 and weighs 178 pounds. I don’t know if i have time to lose weight before we go i don’t want to wear a tee shirt and shorts to swim in. Now my friend wants to tell him that i like him so bad that it’s eating her up in side. what should i do? please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it depends how tall you are.
this is what you do:
only drink water, no pop or anything else
no junk food at all, only healthy foods
eat smaller portions at meals, and try to only have one healthy snack inbetween meals.
also, dont eat anything pass 8pm,

plus you need to excersise everyday for at least 45 mins, going for a walk or run is a good idea
