How can I dress more fancy?

When wearing just jeans and a solid colored t-shirt type top. How can I fancy that up a bit?
My office is very business-casual… Jeans, nice shirt, and on Fridays we can wear sneakers. (We double as a business office/warehouse in the summers…)
But I just feel like a bum all the time… Same old black ballet flats every day, jeans, and solid top. I always wear my hair down, because I don’t know what else to do with it.

Should I be wearing acessories or something? I wear earrings daily, sometimes a necklace.
What kind of shoes can I wear? (I’m not good with high heels…)

Can anyone give me some tips? Any productive help is great!

i work in an office myself and because i work front of house i like to look my best.

Hair – you dont have to always were it down you could curl it if it long, easy with str8ners, http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-curl-hair-with-straighteners-2 , if you dont want to do this you could do half a boofon ( this is just the top part of your hair slightly back comb and clip bits back, would look pretty with a flower in it.

Make up – you should were to much make up for work but foundation little bit of blush, lipgloss, n mascara will b fab, (gd makes that stay on all day are, benefit, mac, bobbie brown)

Clothes – so you want to look casual but nice, a white fitted shirt with jeans and pumps are nice ( KEDS are a nice pump, not to casual) or like you have ballet shoes, you could were castum jewleery from places like Topshop, River Island, get like long beeds and chunkey bangles they always look good ….
