What is the best iron on transfer paper for t-shirts for a laser jet printer?

just got the printer and would like to buy the best paper available

As for the transfer itself onto T-shirt, make you you put a black sheet of paper between the iron and the tansfer itself. It will allow the ink to seep in the tissue much better and it will hold even after many washes.
