Purchasing self-designed T-shirts?

I would like to know a good site that allows me to submit a t-shirt i designed with a Photoshop template and then purchase that shirt for personal use. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I’m trying to avoid the sites that require you to use pre-made designing programs or templates.
