What size shirt they get?! please answer.?

Well usually purchased in red, and the shirts of the band is men sizes. And I'm a medium in mens. Now, online shirt found this really really want. Here the decription: This is a new heavyweight 100% cotton tailor-made, t-shirt. ALL SIZES (Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large) SIZING CHART All our shirts are in fair condition, the sizes of both sexes. Small: Length 28 "- Width 18" Medium: Length 29 "- Width 20" Large: Length 30 "- 22" wide X-Large: Length 31 "- Width 24" 2X-Large: Length 32 "- Width 26" 3X-Large: Length 33 "- Width 28" Now, my question is: are the "regular size" men sizes? And if I am a medium in mens, should stay at half the normal size? Thank you!

Medium should be fine, but they're giving the width and length can compare the "measurements" of the shirts you have now, just to be sure. ~~~~~~~~
