What is the best kit for screen printing your own t shirts?

I am getting a gift for a person who wants to make their own shirts but i want to make sure it’s the best kit… any recommendations?

If the person is gifted at art, perhaps you could get a set of good quality fabric colours and perhaps some block prints too.
this will be a kit you put together rather than a ready made one but you could get an assortment of quality colours and block prints at a lower cost this way.
