How to make this skirt?

I found this pretty cool skirt made out of tee shirts that i’d really like to know how to make but i haven’t found any instructions for it. It looks pretty easy to make but i don’t have enough tee shirts to waste on trying. Anyone know how to make it?
Here’s the skirt:

Cut the bottom hem off the shirt, then lay the shirt upwards, facing you. Then, cut the plain black part of the bottom of the shirt (horizontally). Next, find a shirt that has black and white stripes on it and cut off the sleeves and hem (both bottom and top, do this to the black one too). Next, sew the plain black part (measure your waist, and cut size accordingly) which is a rectangle and sew it together so its enclosed for the hip part. Now sew the striped part the the band you just sewed and then sew the logo part to fit like a puzzle piece. Good luck and sorry if i explained it a bit confusing
