Does anyone know where to buy a good startup kit for screen printing for under $300?

I am looking for a startup kit for a first time screen printer who has already started their own t shirt company but would like to produce them too. I already know about screensupplies.com but their shipping is way too expensive to be shipped to me in Hawaii. I would also like to spend
300 dollars or less.
