What is the best way to fold your pants and shirt without using an iron?

People say that presses pants are only to get rid of wrinkles, but does not wrinkle his pants. I read that he will not press shirt and an iron on shirts. Is there something out there that can really wrinkle, without using an iron? What do you recommend?

I'm not sure what kind of fold you want, but dress pants (with a fold in the front of the knee to the bottom of the pants) hanging like that.
