How can I place my artwork on t-shirts?

I tried the transfer paper from conde but its not working. So if you have any info. about techniques or other ways of doing this let me know. I am not able to us any type expensive machine presses. So if you have any inexpensive solutions, please let me know.

There are several places online that will do that for you. Like cafepress.com and 99dogs.com, then you can also sell them for some profit (not much tho) but at least you can buy your own shirt
