T Shirt Makeover Pattern

LADIES – is my brother “date-able” ?

here’s his photo, looking his best ever as the best man at my wedding

He’s 35, stingy like an old man, awkward, nerdy, so nice (in a phony way) that it makes you puke, but he has money.

He normally wears plaid-patterned short sleeve shirts that look like old-man shirts. All his shirts are 10 years old or older, and some of them are so worn out that they are almost see-through (gross)

He’s a hard worker, saves his money (thanks in part to his ridiculously low clothing budget)

He hasn’t dated in about 10 years (or more).

Would you date him?

If my wife and I want to give him a makeover, what would you suggest? (we’re thinking more “modern” glasses, a different haircut, and a completely new wardrobe with stuff like polo shirts and khakis)

Any helpful suggestions appreciated !!! Thank you !!!

While you’re brother is possibly a little old for me (not to mention the fact that I’m happily taken), I can definately see potential there! He’s quite an attractive guy, but those glasses!! GAG With some fashionable black, rectangular framed glasses, it’d really accentuate his nice eyes!

As for his clothing budget, or lack there of…hmmmmm, not a lot you can do about that if he’s a tight arse, and nagging him about it will probably only make his stubborn streak come out and he’ll dig his heels in…. But you’re absolutely right! If he;s wearing thread-bare shirts, that’s not a good look at all, and let’s be honest, you don’t have to break the bank to buy a few nice T-shirts, even the tightest of the tight would know that hee hee.

Personally, I love the nerdy, nice, sweet-guy thing… jocks are over-rated, but he needs to be careful not to blur the line between quiet, shy, nice-guy, and a cranky, old hermit.

There could be any number of reasons he hasn’t dated for 10 years or more… perhaps he’s been badly hurt in the past?..works so much he doesn’t get out to socialise much?… or is too tight to be bothered with the associated cost of having a girlfriend hee hee!

So the overall verdict…in my opinion, totally date-able, but seems to need a gentle shove in the direction of the menswear department!
