FEWS There are steps to burning an image on a print. I'll take you step by step through the process so you can easily make fantastic images professional looking ready to print on t-shirts.

From the beginning

Degrease the screen.

Before you do anything related to coating and burning an image, always 'scouring' screen printing. This means remove any remaining fat or movie that affect how the coating or washing is performed. To degrease the screen, simply apply the degreaser to the mesh of the screen with a sponge or rag gun. You must acquire the habit degreasing before each layer.

Coating of the screen.

Coating screens simply means sensitive to light application of a photosensitive emulsion on the screen mesh. U a blade coater to do this. Alumunium is a tool in the form of 'L' to drag the emulsion on the screen. Even before the opening of the emulsion, you need a room with no UV light – which is sunlight. If your room is free UV light can initiate the screen coating.

To see what is still using a red bulb in a lamp that means we still UV light can operate without. Fill the scoop on the book with the emulsion, hold the screen at an angle and press the flat side of the blade against the mesh. Pull the ball to the top coating of the display screen as it progresses. Turn over the screen and do the same on the other side of the screen mesh. For a thick layer of emulsion in the front (the part that touches the shirt or the flat) repeat the process. This will give you an excellent image quality and professional printing.

It is not necessary to cover all of the screen, just enough for the size of the image, the rest should be blocked with screen lock, for short runs or small shirts that do duct tape (for less than 100). Once the screen is covered, store in a dark, dry place to comletely. Put the screens spare in the cupboard, or closet to dry. Faced with the print side of the screen down (the side that touches the t-shirt) to give an impression of better quality than the emulsion dried in front of the grid and produces sharper images and better detail line.
