Any good “beer drinkin’” fundraisers?

I am going to vegas for an international dart tourney soon. Our team is looking to fundraise some cash for our regrestation fees and team shirts. (I am borrowing cash from someone to go to Vegas for a week). The only good idea we have is a poker tourney. We don’t want to have a steak night (too mnay others are doing that) or anything lame like hot dog sale (too cold) or a bingo (not fun). Any wise ideas?
