What kind of blue (for the dress shirt) is appropriate for business professional dress?

I really like this French blue dress shirt, but its a waste of money if i can’t wear it in the office. I hear that light blue is the way to go but i really hate that color. I’m a soon to be college graduate. I’m tired of my mom shopping for me too! Any input would be great!

Personally.. I like a darker royal blue
