Is there a site or program where I preview my online T-shirt designs?

Well, I workin on my own designs in Photoshop / Illustrator. and want to know if there is a way (preferably free) where you can see what I see on my computer as something a little preview.

Me I missing something? It has designs to create on your computer and want to put them in one place so you can see what appears on your computer? Seems to want to go through a lot working to get you back where you started. Well, have fun and good luck!
