Selling T-Shirts at sporting events?

I’m planning on selling t-shirts at future sporting events but the only thing holding me back is the legal issues. I have a quality design that people like on my website and want to target the exact audience of sports fans. Does anyone know what permit I need to get or any other forms. Am I able to set up a both at events. Thank you very much for your help.

You need to watch out for the copyright laws too, if you are using a copyrighted slogan or logo or even if the design is close, you can get sued by the actual owner of the copyright.

You will need to contact the event managers (owner of the teams/owner of the event) and get their both of their approvals.
