Infringing on ones copyright?

Okay, so I’m doing this T-shirt design thing for Extra Credit and it says that if you use an electronic creation then you can’t infringe on the copyright. Well since I’m a crappy drawer if I used say the template of a crocodile from Microsoft Word would that count as going against a copy right I mean am I supposed to just hand draw it with a mouse??

Your teacher is a freak, that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. You’re not selling the T-shirts are you? If Microsoft shows up and sues you for copyright infringement on an extra credit project, I will defend you! With that being said, she makes the rules, do as she says. Could you use the crocodile and put a (C) in the bottom corner of the logo?
