How can I cut the shirt so its not just a normal shirt?

It is a normal white shirt hist … How can I cut and trim a little up to be the V-neck or the back open, i dont want to ruin the shirt, so elaborate instructions or URL will be awesome thanks bunches! = D

Cut along the sides of the shirt in the armpit. Make small slits every 2 inches on each side of the cut. Tie these together as tight as you want to create shirt tighter installation. We do a lot in my school! It looks very attractive. You can try it for the first time in an old shirt to see if you like.
