T Shirt Creator Software

Can you recommend a good T-Shirt creator?

Today I purchased a blank T-Shirt and some T-Shirt transfer paper and am really lacking inspiration and software!

Could anyone please recommend a good piece of free software that you can use to create a decent looking T? And possibly some site with inspirational photographs? Or with royalty free images?
