Would this size board bag fit my board?

I’m looking at an Ogio case that is 172cm long. My board is 154cm. I’m taking this on a flight from Toronto to Vancouver. Could I add T-shirts or towels to fill the empty gap to keep my board safe? I am trying to find different solutions to keep this case, because it’s a great deal for what it offers.

Yeah, I throw tons of stuff in there with my board, mainly so that I don’t have to overstuff my other checked bag. You’ll be fine. Have fun at Whistler.
