Where can I find an artist or illustrator who can draw a design for a shirt?

I have an idea for a shirt, but I have no skills art. Where can I find someone who could get something. Should be established on your computer, so it would be able to save a copy of it my computer and print it on iron on paper.

Depends on what you would like to proceed. We have a professional and two non-highly qualified professionals, but the artists here. None of us is interested in doing anything that involves profanity, nudity, or anything else to be rated "R" if it were a movie. Or any kind of racial slur … you get the picture.
