Sleeveless Undershirts For Women

should guys wear white crewneck undershirts on a regular basis?
I have worn them since a kid when my aunt taught me to always wear one under all my shirts regardless of the season.
It initially took me awhile to get used to it but now I still wear one most of the time even under T shirts and always under collar shirts but the white collar shows from under most times and I wonder if I should quit with it cause I wonder if it is not fashionable.
V neck Ts and sleeveless A “wifebeaters” feel strange, I own them but always reach for the crewneck. I figure if I’m wearing one it needs to be the full deal which is white, snug fitting and crewneck. What do women think about a guy wearing an undershirt? Thumbs up or thumbs down? Nerdy or cool?
I wear good ones which have a wide clean neckband so no saggy dirty look. I hope to hear some thoughtful opinions about this from guys and girls. Do you guys out there ever wonder about this?
I too was taught to always wear undershirts. My mother always told me (take this for what it is worth, ha!) that an undershirt would protect my clothing from sweating, etc.
I think it looks nice, classy, and gives the impression you are clean cut. I have grown to love the look although it does not seem to be as popular as it was in the late 80′s and early 90′s. I do believe that the shirts most men wear should come with an expiration date as they do need to be thrown away after awhile. I am glad you wear good ones that look white!
I remember reading a few articles in GQ and In Style that stated that the white collar showing was actually not fashionable. That the white draws attention away from the clothing colors. Yes I am a gay male.
I say do what you like and wear what feels right to you. I moved to Vegas and it is just too damn hot to wear two shirts so I don’t wear them in the summer, but in the winter – it just feels right!
