Any one know how to screen print a t-shirt at home, without expensive equipment?

What about a design on a dark t-shirt? Iron on transfers won’t work well on dark colored t-shirts.

I used to do that but I stopped bothering. Now I just upload the design to CafePress and they handle it all. It also goes into my shop and other people can buy it from me. CafePress handles the criedit card stuff, the printing, the shipping, compaints and returns. All I have to do is come up with the ideas.
