a t-shirt printing place in Houston?

hi! i am in charge of a club called “girls club” and we have just completed a bake sale. we raised $170 or so dollars and with said money, we are going to make t-shirts. i just researched the “print-on” process and it seem a little to much for me (considering i’d have to buy the software and all that) i want a clean, finished looking shirt and i have 20 shirts that need to be made and the given budget. any ideas?
