What can our children write on their shirts to greet his dad deployment?

My husband finally comes home from after a long overseas deployment of 15 months. Our children and I want to make shirts to wear when we welcome our troops home next week. We need some good ideas what to put on our shirts. Children will be doing the shirts themselves, so it has to be something a 2, 6 and 10 years old can make (lol). Any ideas? What we write about these shirts?
