Does anyone know of a good website where I can go online to play free games with NO download necessary?

I work at a call center dispatching roadside assistance, sometimes the calls are really few, and between calls I get really booooooooooored. I want to play online games between calls but since it is the company computer I am not allowed to download any games to be played on the computer I work with because of dangerous computer viruses that could infect my employer’s PC. My employer is okay with me playing games online between calls, but does not want us to download anything in order to protect their server against attacks, besides, the computer has a thing called Surf Control that denies me access to certain sites to play games. Do you know a few?

PS: I like word games and strategy games. I really don’t like arcade type games. I love online jigsaw puzzles too.
