I need a good style / new stores to shop at …?

I really have absolutely no style in clothes. I basically use what is my best, which is so outdated the moment it is not funny. I've never been a fan of Hollister, Aeropostile, etc.. so does anyone have good places to buy clothes either offline or through a retail store? When I do visit my store Forever 21, Heritage and HotTopic occasion. I love my band shirts / hoodies, but can not use those twenty four seven. Does anyone have any good ideas or trends that I can try at a reasonable cost?
