How do I tell a friend that her revealing shirts are over-the-top trashy?

I have a pretty good friend who has a top-heavy hourglass figure. She is beautiful inside and out and has always been a stylish and fairly modest dresser. Lately she has been wearing push-up bras with shirts that have a plunging neckline. Sometimes the shirt is cut so low (and the bra does such a good job) that I can see the pink of her areolas pushing through. I don’t think there is anything wrong with showing off a little bit, but she really takes it over-the-top. Is there a tactful and polite way to tell her without hurting her feelings? I have told her that the shirts are distracting to me during conversation, and she turned the conversation into a dialogue about how my husband allegedly never checks out other woman (he does..but that is another story ). At first I thought she was just not aware of how revealing the shirts were, but last time we were in a public bathroom I watched her arrange ‘the girl’ for maximum bulge effect. Should I just look the other way?

I used to work with someone like this. Ironically, she often critized the way I dressed, which was conservative and business appropriate.She also claimed to not believe that men treated her a certain way because of how she dressed.The whole office knew otherwise. I tried to tell her that her clothes were too tight and revealing for the office, but all she did was call me an old lady, even though I am 24 and she is 29. So, I stopped saying anything. She is only hurting herself, but if you go out to a bar of someplace with her, guys will think less of you for hanging out with her.
