Custom Graphics/T-shirts?

I am trying to make a graphic for screen printing onto T-shirts. Does anyone know of any websites that would be good for helping to design a graphic, or of any good software programs. Any help or ideas would be great.

Adobe Illustrator, Photo shop, Quark are just a couple of graphics programs that are out there. You should contact the printer you want to use and they will let you know what files they can accept. You will need to save these files how they tell you so they can open them up to adjust the trapping and color separations.

Quite a few graphic designers will create your design on the side, at home, and charge a great deal less.
