More personalized T-shirts?

What website do you recommend for more personalized clothes? I need about 25-30 shirts for a team. The logo will be the same in the front, but the names of the players, of course, the need for change in the back with each shirt. Also * really * do not want company logo on the jersey as much as I appreciate your business. We have a very tight budget but would be willing to pay up to $ 25 per shirt. Thank you! They have a great tool you can use to view and practically shirt design to make it appear that you want. They have a very good customer service and a lot of different types of shirts to choose from. They do not put their logo on it.
