How can I contact someone in the T-shirt making business?

I am trying to contact a factory or someone who custom designs t-shirts for little money if possible. Any refferences? I have several shirts that need to be made. I am in atlanta, GA…I can outsource to several countries or a factory in America…I’m not quite sure where start….I just need some shirts made basically….
